After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Art, Photography, and Biology, my life took me from the Midwest out to sunny San Diego where my career dreams took a turn and began to really develop. After realizing that a life built around underwater photography and diving in the cold California waters wasn’t as appealing to me as boating for fun, I decided to explore a different side of my artistic intuitions and dove into the world of Interior Design.

Friend and family connections lead me to Kitchens Plus, a long-standing Design - to - Build staple of San Diego, which is where I have remained in my professional career for the last 5 years. Through experience and hard work, I have had the privilege of becoming their Lead Designer and working directly with my clients, our staff, and crews on over 75 remodeling projects.

I still tap into my painting, pottery, and jewelry making roots from time to time and have had my art sold in local and national shops including Hobby Lobby. As a Designer I have been blessed to be gaining National recognition through features and blogs as well as winning a few design contests and can’t wait to see what opportunities will unfold next.
